SoulBloom Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At SoulBloom, we value your time and energy, and we ask that you honor ours as well. To ensure a smooth and balanced experience for all clients, we have the following policies in place:
12-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- We require at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee.
No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellations
- If you no-show or cancel within 3 hours of your appointment, the full session fee will be charged.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for the next client.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and a fee may apply.
